All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or other unexpected increases.

Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of payment.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or credit/debit card, as per instructions.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the services booked (airlines, hotels, visa services, etc.).

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the respective service provider’s policies and may take up to 21 business days.

Certain bookings (such as visa fees, special airline fares) may be non-refundable.

Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
4. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required documents.

Sun Travels Jaffna will assist with visa processing but does not guarantee visa approval.

Any denial of boarding, deportation, or entry refusal is solely the traveler’s responsibility.
5. Changes to Bookings

Any change requested after confirmation (such as name corrections, date changes) may incur additional charges depending on supplier rules.

Sun Travels Jaffna will assist with modifications but cannot guarantee availability.
6. Responsibilities and Liabilities

Sun Travels Jaffna shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to acts of third parties, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Travelers are advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance independently.
7. Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the package unless explicitly stated.

We strongly recommend all travelers to obtain travel insurance covering health, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.
8. Website Usage

All content, images, and materials on our website are the property of Sun Travels Jaffna and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
9. Governing Law
